During a routine inspection
People told us that their treatment was explained to them prior to any work starting and that they were given a written treatment plan which included the cost of treatment prior to any work starting.
People told us their privacy was respected and the practice was always clean and comfortable. People told us that staff were 'very friendly and helpful'.
