During a routine inspection

People told us it was easy to make appointments and said they were given choices about when these were. One person told us "They do their best to see you quickly". Other comments included 'They always fit you in if it's urgent' and 'I've had no problems with getting appointments'. Everyone we spoke with told us they had discussed the treatment options available to them and felt they were able to make informed choices about them. One person told us 'The dentist always explains the treatment' and another said 'They always tell you what treatment options are available.'

People we spoke with were complimentary about the service they received. One person told us 'It's a top notch service' and another said 'I've always been satisfied'. We found a first aid kit was available and all staff were able to administer first aid, should an emergency arise.

We found the premises were clean and hygenic and the dental nurses on duty were able to describe and demonstrate the correct procedure for decontaminating and cleaning instruments.
