During a routine inspection
Overall feedback from the people living at Mill Place included 'I'm lucky to be here', 'they look after me well here' and 'It's alright - I'm happy'. One person told us 'I'm 70% happy, always room for improvement' and said 'there's very little to complain about here'.
All of the people spoken to said they were treated with respect by staff and felt able to raise any concerns they may have with the senior staff.
Staff members we spoke to were all positive about the service being provided and each talked individually about the relaxed and homely feel it had. They told us that they were well supported by the team leader and manager who listened to their views.
