During a routine inspection
We found the provider encouraged people to make informed choices about their treatment options and gained people's views about the service provided. The dentist had procedures in place to deal with medical emergencies and treated people within a reasonable time if they were in pain. We found the practice had procedures in place to protect vulnerable people who used the service from abuse. We found the provider supported their staff and provided opportunities to raise any concerns.
The practice had procedures in place to reduce the risk of contamination and staff were aware of their responsibilities for infection control.
