The practice has appropriate systems in place to safeguard patients.

Overall we found that Family Dental Practice was meeting this essential standard.

User experience

People told us that they had no complaints and were confident that the service would effectively address any concerns, should they arise.

Other evidence

The service provided people with information regarding how to make a complaint. There had been no recent complaints.

The service had developed policies and procedures for identifying and reporting any suspected child or adult abuse, and staff had undertaken training. Discussions with staff demonstrated appropriate knowledge regarding safeguarding issues.

Staff informed us that they had had CRB (Criminal Record Bureau) checks.
