During a routine inspection
People's comments included 'Wow, staff are so welcoming and pleasant' and, 'All staff are helpful and put me at ease.'
We found that there were systems in place to keep the practice clean and hygienic including effective de-contamination of instruments in accordance with guidelines.
Training and support were provided for staff to maintain a safe service and regular checks were made on machines and systems to ensure that these were maintained.
