During a routine inspection

We spoke with a number of patients about their experiences of the practice and their feedback was very positive. People told us the dentist had explained their treatment options and what the treatment would involve. People felt they had been given sufficient information to make an informed decision about their treatment. One person commented; "I've always found them to be good and they fit you in if you have a problem". Other people told us they felt the practice was "Very good, a well run practice, never keep waiting too long."

All the people we spoke with told us they were happy with the service they had received. People told us that the dentist explained what they had found during examinations, what the treatment options were and what the procedures involved.

People who used the services of the practice told us they felt the surgery was clean and well organised. We were also told that they were happy with the quality of the service they received and that they had not had any reason to raise a concern or a complaint.
