During a routine inspection

We spoke with two people (patients) who used the service. They told us they were happy with the care and treatment they received and commented that they were treated well by the staff and dentists at the practice. Comments included, "The staff are very pleasant" and " They work to a high standard" People told us they were able to express their views and opinions and could influence the way their treatment was delivered. A person spoken to said, "They are like friends and treat you like a human being".

During our visit we saw a range of patient information leaflets situated in the waiting room. We observed the staff treating people in a kind, professional, friendly and respectful manner. All consultations took place in private rooms.
