During a routine inspection

We found that Wanstead Dental Practice met all the outcomes that we inspected. Detailed asessments were carried out with each patient who remained involved throughout the whole process. Arrangements were in place to manage the prevention and control of infection which promoted patient safety.

Quality monitoring systems were place to ensure safe standards and practices for patients who used Wanstead Dental Practice.

People told us that they were happy with the service provided and felt safe there. They said that it was a 'lovely family-based and run practice that adequately met their needs'.

Patients told us that the staff were polite, respectful and friendly. They also told us " Howard(dentist) and Joan(hygienist) are two excellent professionals who do a sterling job" and "I feel so safe here that my whole family attends the surgery." We received only positive comments from patients about their experience at the surgery.
