During a routine inspection

Booth and Law Dental Surgeons was a well established practice with three dentists, eight dental nurses and one receptionist. We were able to speak with two dentists, two dental nurses and the receptionist during our visit. We also spoke with two patients who attended appointments.

Patients who received treatment at Booth and Law told us that they were very happy with the care and treatment they received and they had confidence in the staff. Patients who spoke with us said 'The staff are polite and approachable' and 'I have been coming to this dental practice for more than forty years. The care is first class and I cannot praise the dentists enough for the way they put you at ease and deliver your treatment.'

Patients told us that they were impressed with the efficient and friendly service and they felt the hygiene and cleanliness of the practice was 'Excellent'.

The dental nurses said they worked together well as a team and managed to discuss any issues that may have been raised during the working day. They said that they felt they were supported by the dentists and they were able to access training as and when they needed to.
