During a routine inspection
Patients spoken with during our visit spoke very highly of the dental team and confirmed staff were professional, considerate and attentive to their needs.
Comments received from patients included: 'The treatment I have received here has been really good. It's made a big difference to how I look' and 'The process was explained to me in detail. I've no complaints.'
Patients told us that the standard of care and treatment received was good. They told us that they had experienced no problems and were happy with their treatment plans and outcomes.
One patient reported: 'I can see the alignment of my teeth is improving and I'm very happy with the treatment I've received.'
Patients spoken with reported that they had no complaints or concerns about the service and systems were in place to safeguard the welfare people using the service.
