During a routine inspection

During our inspection of this service, we were able to speak with one person, who told us that they were very impressed with the service and how all of the staff meets their individual care and treatment needs. As a result, both they and their immediate family had been attending this practice for a number of years and they were very satisfied with the quality of the services provided. We also looked at recent patient surveys and patient testimonials and we noted positive levels of satisfaction from patients.
