During a routine inspection
Patients said they were satisfied with their treatment. They said treatment options, costs and risks were always explained to them. We saw patients were provided with choices of appointments and they said emergency appointments were always available.
We looked at four treatment records and saw they contained information on patient's medical conditions, oral and dental health, plans for any proposed treatment and treatment histories.
Patients said the practice was always kept clean. We saw there were procedures for cleaning the practice and for decontaminating instruments. Staff wore protective equipment and were provided with appropriate health checks and inoculations.
Staff received appropriate professional development and clinical staff were registered with their governing body.
