During a routine inspection

We spoke with patients during the visit and they said they did not have to wait long for an appointment. They all confirmed the dentists had explained their treatment plan and costs. We saw that patients were asked to check and sign their medical history forms at each visit to ensure the dentist had current information about their health needs.

Some patients said they had been coming to the dental practice for many years and they spoke highly of the services provided with comments from patients that included 'The dentists care and that of her assistant have been greatly enhanced by the reception staff, who have always been patient, helpful and thoughtful beyond what one can reasonably expect.'
