Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

At location 1-1670776810, Forest Lodge, Horney Common, Nutley, Uckfield TN22 3EA.

The registered provider must complete a monthly audit of:

i) All care plans and risks assessments, that relate to choking, restraint, behaviours that may challenge, mobility and falls.

ii) Infection control and cleanliness

iii) Proper and Safe management of medicines

vi) Activity provision

On the fifteenth working day of each month, the registered person must provide the Commission with a report of who carried out these audits and the findings and actions in respect of each of these audits.

The registered provider must only accommodate a maximum of 73 service users at Forest Lodge.
