We observed that people using the service had complex and diverse needs which included help and support with everyday living due to their dementia.

Due to people's special needs it was difficult to ask people directly about the outcomes within this site visit.

We saw that some people communicated with staff by words whilst other people communicated through their behaviour and actions.

We spent some time with people and observed how they were and what they were doing.
