During a routine inspection

We talked with one person living in the home, who told us that they were 'very well cared for, and wanted for nothing;" and said "I was initially helped with cooking, cleaning and washing my clothes; and nothing was too much trouble for the staff". Questionnaire responses included positive comments such as 'the staff were very friendly and helpful. The level of care and attention was just right'. And 'the staff helped me to regain my confidence and were wonderful how they looked after me.'

Two of the staff and a rapid response nurse said that the different agencies worked together very well.
