During a routine inspection
Evidence we received from talking to staff members show this is a good agency to work for and staff felt supported to carry out their role. One staff member said, "I have been here for a while and the induction period and training opportunities are spot on". A carer said about staff visiting there home, "They are polite and competent".
The manager told us she is currently going through the process to be the registered manager with us the Care Quality Commission. She said, "The process is ongoing".
Staff spoken to had a good awareness of individuals care needs and the importance of
treating people with respect and dignity. A carer spoken to said, "The staff are fine,respectful and on time".
We contacted Lancashire Social Services and they have no concerns with the agency and have not received any 'safeguarding' alerts.
