During a routine inspection

People we spoke to said the carers are very good and that they are trained and polite and courteous. People said that carers always stay their allocated time and don't leave early and that the regular carers know what care and support is required. "The service provided by the carers is excellent". "I couldn't survive at home without my carers." Spot checks are carried out by the agency to audit the care given by the carers. People we spoke to knew who to contact if they needed to make a complaint.
