During an inspection looking at part of the service

People who use services were very happy with the care they were receiving. Comments included, 'I feel like the staff listen to me', 'the care is very, very good indeed here'. Where people were unable to make a comment, family members told us they were very happy with how their relative was cared for.

During an inspection in response to concerns

They told us that generally they were happy with the care they were receiving. They said that the staff were lovely and very helpful. Some people told us that there were plenty of activities to do while others said that they would prefer more.

One person said that they needed assistance to move and that they had to wait sometimes for help and this got him down.

We spoke to relatives of people who use services. They said that they felt staff generally did their best. They told us that sometimes they felt that physical tests were not followed up.
