  • Mrs Kate Danquah is the registered manager for these services at this location.
Condition of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

Condition 1

On the first Monday of each month, after the coming into effect of this Notice and on the first Monday of each month subsequently, the Registered Provider must send to the Commission a report summarising the governance and quality assurance activities carried out by the provider.

The report should:

• Summarise your reflections on the findings and how you intend to use these to shape your on-going improvement activities in the home.

• Detail any remedial or immediate action taken along with any other action that you plan to take as a result the findings.

• Where relevant should include associated timescales and highlight who will be responsible to ensure that the required improvements are made.

Terms of this registration relating to carrying out this regulated activity

The Registered Provider must only accommodate a maximum of 11 service users at Dorcas House.
