We did not receive any comments from people who use the service about the cleanliness and infection control at the home, the safety and suitability of the premises or about staff training.

During an inspection looking at part of the service

We were unable to find out what the people at the home thought about the outcomes we looked at during this review as many had complex needs. We therefore looked at their records, looked around the building, spoke to staff and the manager of the home.

During a routine inspection

As some of the people at the home had complex needs, it was difficult for us to find out what some people thought of the service. All the people we spoke to said that they liked living at the home. One person, when asked if they enjoyed the activities that day, said 'yes' another said 'some days I don't'.
