We spoke with people using the service about the care that they received and we asked them whether they felt they were involved in the management of their own care. All those we spoke with told us that they felt the staff involved them in their care. One person told us about the residents meetings and how those who attended contributed to the running of the home.

Comments from the people using the service and relatives included:

'We are well looked after here'.

'The staff are kind and would do anything for me'.

'My mom is happy here and we have no concerns'.

'The staff kept me informed about mom's progress and they let me know how she was getting on'.
