During an inspection in response to concerns

People who use the service told us they were happy with the care and treatment they were receiving. They said "the staff are caring and competent". They also said the food was very good and they were given choices about what they wanted to eat, "sadly they bought me a cold cup of tea this morning but as soon as I pointed this out to them it was changed".

People said they liked living in the home and liked the way the home supported their ongoing relationships with family and friends. One person told us "we can go out to the pub for a lunch, there's trips out too I like but mostly I like it when my wife visits".
