During a routine inspection

We talked to people who live at Snapethorpe Hall who told us that they had been included in planning for the care and support they needed. One person said 'it's lovely here, you couldn't find better staff'. Another said 'nothing is too much trouble for the staff they are lovely'. One person told us that their bedroom was comfortable and they had been able to bring their own furniture, photographs and ornaments which made it feel more like home. One person told us how approachable staff were.
