During an inspection in response to concerns
We observed people talking with staff, and most staff responded and engaged in conversations with people. We saw staff assisting people with their meals, and whilst some staff communicated well, describing the meal and engaging with them, others said little or nothing to the person, and supported them with eating in near silence.
