During a routine inspection

People told us that they were being well cared for. They said that the staff were available to help them when they needed it. People told us that they enjoyed the food and that if there was something they did not like, an alternative was always provided. They told us that if they had any concerns they would feel able to speak with staff about them and they were confident they would be addressed.

Visitors we spoke with confirmed that their relatives were being well cared for at the home. They said that staff were observant and attended to any care needs promptly. They too felt able to discuss any issues that might arise. Visitors had been encouraged to bring in belongings to personalise the bedrooms, and provide a homely place for people to live in.
