During an inspection in response to concerns
People also told us that staff were polite, friendly and helpful. They responded to their needs and ensured they can maintain their independence.
We spoke to seven people and they all told us that they had plenty to eat and drink. The chef served good portions of food. If they did not like anything served on the menu, they always had the choice of another meal.
People also told us they were happy with the arrangements for cleaning the home and that they found the home clean and tidy.
