During a routine inspection
A person using the service told us, 'I am very happy here, the staff members are very good and they always treat me with respect and don't rush me'. Other comments from people living in the home included, 'The manager and administrator are excellent'. This person also called one of the carers who popped in to see him whilst we were there, 'A star', 'The girls [care staff] are looking after me, I like it here'.
