During an inspection in response to concerns

People that use services told us that they liked living at the home and felt that their needs were being met by kind and caring staff. They described the atmosphere at the home as being warm, friendly and homely. They said they had comfortable rooms which they had been able to personalise with their own pictures, ornaments and small items of furniture. They said that the home was always clean and fresh and well maintained. People told us there were always plenty of staff on duty and that they were able to gain assistance when they needed it. They said staff always answered the call bells in timely way and were helpful and kind. People told us that the food provided by the home was well cooked and there was always plenty of choice.
