During a routine inspection

The inspection of the agency was done at very short notice and took place over a day and a half by one inspector. A range of evidence was used to make judgments about this service to include discussions with four people who use the service, one relative, six staff and the registered manager. We were also shown a number of records these included care records for five people receiving a service, complaints, staff recruitment and training files.

We considered the comments from the local authority commissioners of the service which were positive and told us they have no concerns.

We spoke to four people who use the agency and the relative of another person who uses the agency. They spoke positively about their experience of using Coverage Care Limited.

They told us that,

'Carers know my needs and I don't have to ask them for anything. They are all absolutely fabulous.'

'I can't tell you how kind and understanding my carer is.'

'They are very good. They do all the jobs they have to do. When I'm not well they do the lot, when I'm not too bad they respect that I am able to do some things for myself.'
