During a routine inspection
Comments included:- 'This is the best home',
'They look after you well'
'I feel at home here, I'm pleased I came'
'The staff are lovely'
'The staff are great, nothing is a bother'
'I like going to the bar'
Some people said there was plenty to do throughout the day although they were never forced to join in.
People told us that they enjoyed the food and they always get plenty to eat.
One person said they felt safe in the home and they were pleased they had decided to live there. Other people said they would not hesitate to speak to the manager if they had any concerns and felt these would be looked into.
Visitors to the home felt their relatives were well cared and that any concerns were sorted out quickly.
