People we spoke with told us that they were happy with the care they received and felt the service had improved over the last few months.

"Staff seem to understand better now that this is my home and I want to know what is happening".

"Things have definately improved over the last few months".

From observation we saw that staff were trying hard to meet the needs of the people who used the service, people spoken with told us that 'Staff know how I like things and make sure I get the support I need and want'.

'Staff are very good to me'.

'I am very happy and the staff are really kind'.

A relative told us 'I can't fault this place'.
