During a routine inspection
They said that they enjoyed attending college and going out into the community. They said that staff supported their hobbies and interests. One person said 'The staff are nice, I like them all'.
People were fully involved in how the home ran from taking part in recruiting new staff to helping staff carry out health and safety checks.
People were involved in writing their own support plans so they had a say about their care. One person told us, 'I like it here, it is really nice'.
