During a routine inspection

People using this service were in the main unable to communicate with us verbally in a meaningful way. However people through gestures, facial expressions, body language and interactions indicated that they were happy and content living in Ashbridge House

We saw that staff understood people's needs and responded to non-verbal cues when providing support.
