During a routine inspection

All of the people that we spoke told us that they felt happy and safe in the home and that they were very happy with the care that they were receiving. They said staff were helpful and kind and that the home was clean and comfortable.

The relatives we spoke to said that the manager maintains high standards, that there are regular relatives' meetings, that there were enough staff, and that they were competent and calm.
