During a routine inspection

People said staff were helpful and they sometimes asked them if they were happy with the way their needs were being met and the running of their home. They described staff as 'nice' and said they listened to them. People felt in control of the times they went to bed. Staff called them in the morning when it was time to get up. They were supported by staff to go shopping and chose what they spent their money on. They enjoyed the food and told us there was some choice of meals. They said they felt safe living at the home.
