During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who use the service and two relatives. People who use the service told us, 'The staff are terrific and always attentive and kind'. One person told us 'The home is the best you will find,' and another said, 'Staff care and when you get old that is what you need.' People commented that 'The food is fantastic and the choice good.' One person told us, 'Staff are approachable and anticipate care needs.' People we spoke with said they felt safe. One told us 'I feel safe and in good hands.' A relative told us the home was 'Absolutely brilliant and staff are friendly and welcoming,' and another said 'Staff are approachable and anticipate care needs.'
