During a routine inspection
Morale amongst the staff team was high and people living in the home told us that they were happy, settled and well cared for. This was also evident from direct observation of individuals being supported in a professional, sensitive and respectful manner.
As far as practicable and in accordance with their wishes and individual care plans, people were enabled and encouraged to make choices about their daily lives.
