People who used the service are referred to as patients.

We asked staff to tell us how they ensured patients were given choices in their care. One staff member told us 'Choice is always discussed. I check they (the patient's) are happy, we give one to one care'.

We looked at two files for patients they obtained all the relevant information for example, documentation of the consultations, completed consent forms, Medical history and personal details.

We looked around the clinic and observed all areas were clean and tidy and free from clutter. There was hand washing sinks with liquid soap and paper towels available in all treatment rooms.
