During a routine inspection
These included the following comments:
'I have a designated carer who is always satisfactory in every way.'
'The carers are always flexible to do things that I ask them to do.'
'The new ones (i.e. carers) are not as well trained as the old ones. Most of the new ones don't know how to cook.'
'Without this care I would not be able to stay at home.'
'My designated carer is perfect!'
