During a routine inspection

All the people we spoke to said they liked living at Webb House; overall they were happy and well cared for and had no complaints about the care they received. People said that they felt they were listened to, and the staff were kind, patient and attentive. They said the food was plentiful, varied and of a good quality with plenty of choices.
