During a routine inspection

We were unable to communicate with some of the people living at Hawthorn Street. However, from our observations it was clear that people living and working there enjoy warm, good humoured relationships with each other. Staff on duty told us they enjoyed working there. One person told us they liked their room and liked the staff. There was a lively, cheerful mood about the house as people prepared for the Halloween party which was due to take place the next day.
