During a routine inspection

Everyone we spoke with told us that this was a good service. People spoke positively about the care they received and about the staff who supported them.

People told us that they were asked about how they wanted to be supported and said that the choices they made about their care were respected.

No-one we spoke with raised any concerns about the service provided by this agency. People told us they would speak to a member of the agency's management team if they had any concerns about the care they received.

Everyone we spoke with said they felt safe with the staff who supported them. They told us that the care staff treated them and their homes with respect.

People told us,

'I'm very happy with this service', and said,

'I look forward to the staff coming'.

We looked at some of the records held by the agency. We saw that safe systems were used when recruiting new staff to ensure they were suitable to work in people's homes. This ensured people who used the service were protected.

During a routine inspection

The people we spoke with told us the agency provided a good quality service. People said they received support from a small group of care staff who they knew and who were competent to provide the care they needed. People told us the service was flexible to their needs and said the care staff treated them and their homes with respect.

People told us:

'The service is excellent, we've been really pleased with it',

'The staff are very caring'

and said, 'They provide the best care you can get'.
