During an inspection in response to concerns
much they appreciated the support they had from staff at the home.
'Naturally its not home, but it's the best thing to it,' and
'They look after us here.'
People told us that most staff were nice and helpful, although we were also told that some staff were not.
People told us they liked the food and a choice was always available. One person also told us:
'You get a choice but if you don't like something they will always get you something else.'
The majority of people told us they would talk to staff if they had any concerns. One person did tell us that they had made a complaint but did not know what had happened afterwards.
