During an inspection in response to concerns

We did not discuss all outcome areas with all people using the service due to their degree of communication difficulties. However, some people told us that they were happy with the care they received in the home. We were able to observe staff providing care in a respectful manner. A relative visiting spoke very positively about the care provided in the home. Staff told us that training is available and of a good quality. CQC received some negative information in respect of cleanliness, provision of medication, food and safety of people using the service. All these areas have been included in this inspection.
