During an inspection in response to concerns
Several people using the service and their relatives were spoken with during a site visit. Although they are concerned that the home is closing down, they have no concerns over the way the home is being managed or the care provided. Relatives were full of praise for the care and attention provided by staff and the obvious improvements that had taken place to their happiness and well being.
