During a routine inspection
People told us that their privacy and dignity was respected at all times. Comments included, "The girls are always polite" and "they look after me very properly".
People told us that staff always did the tasks that had been agreed in their plan of care and that they had the right skills for the tasks that they performed. They felt "comforable and safe", when staff supported them. One person summed up support they received from staff at the agency by saying, "they are accommodating, they listen to my needs, they are courteous, cheerful and we have a light hearted chat".
One person told us that each year they completed a questionnaire and someone from the agency visited them to gain their views about their level of satisfaction with the service that they received.
People told us that they knew how to make a complaint if they had any concerns. One person told us, "I would do it, but I have not had to do it".
When asked if they would recommend the service to another person, everyone responded, "yes", they would.
