During a routine inspection

People who use services told us that they are happy with the services they receive. They said that they have been well looked after, treated with respect, and that the service pays attention to their individual needs and wishes. Staff were spoken about positively, with comments including, 'Staff are helpful,' and 'I've been here five years, it's the same staff, and they're all nice.'

People told us that they get food that they like and that it meets their needs. They told us that they get support with health matters, for example from doctors. Feedback also showed that people can raise concerns about the service if they want to, but some people said that this has never been necessary. One person added that the manager is, 'Professional and understanding. She explains things.'

In summary, people were happy with services. Their overall comments included, 'I like it here,' and 'I have felt at home from the first day. It's very comfortable here.'
