During a routine inspection

We haven't been able to speak to people using the service because there were no people using the clinic at the time of our visit. We gathered evidence of people's experiences of the service by reviewing patient surveys and the complaints log. We found that the most recent survey of views reflected a high proportion of positive responses. Where issues had been raised (including formal complaints) we found that these were recorded, investigated and responded to. A plan of action was implemented and monitored where required.
